Chocolate mousse, imagining it would make a person drool, haha. Just kidding. But it is true. The smooth texture and the rich flavours from the chocolate really does satisfy those cravings you had for chocolate and when it is served with strawberries, peaches or even mangoes it gives a new zing to it.
RECIPE:
1st mixture:
7 nos Egg yolks
1 Whole egg
112.5 g Granulated sugar
45 ml Water
2nd mixture:
300 g Dark chocolate (melted)
3rd mixture:
300 ml UHT whipping cream
(any brand is acceptable but preferably PRESIDENT or ANCHOR)

300 g Dark chocolate (melted)
3rd mixture:
300 ml UHT whipping cream

Method:
1. Add mixture 1 in a large metal bowl so it is easy to whisk it. Then place it on a pot which is filled with water that is boiling. This method is called double-boil. Whisk it continuously to avoid any lumps or curdle in the egg mixture until it thickens and pale in colour.
2. The 2nd mixture is melted using the same method. Set it aside.
3. The 3rd mixture is the cream which is whipped until it is semi smooth. Place it in the refrigerator to avoid ruining the texture.
4. The 1st mixture is place in a mixing bowl and using a whip, and no.2 speed to cool it down and also to aerate it. After about 5 min, add in the chocolate mixture and continue for 2-3 min.
5. Stop the mixer, and fold in the whipped cream earlier. Gently fold it and make sure everything is mixed well.
6. Lastly, you can piped it in your desired container and leave it in the refrigerator.

This recipe can give around 5 ramekin of chocolate mousse. You can make this one day earlier. Enjoy ^_^Y
